Do you accept Medicaid?
Yes. Please bring a copy of your current card to your appointment.
Do you accept Medicare?
No. Unfortunately our providers are not in-network with Medicare. We can, however, help refer you to other professionals who are.
Do you accept commercial insurance?
Yes. We accept several commercial insurances, including:
-Blue Cross/Blue Shield
-And several others.
Please call our clinic at (806) 418-2283 to see if we are in-network with your insurance plan. Our friendly, professional, and knowledgeable staff will help you with all of your questions and work with your insurance company to determine your mental health benefits.
Do you offer self-pay rates for people without insurance or for plans that you are not in-network with?
Yes. Our rates are the usual and customary for this area. We offer fair and reasonable options for self-paying clients. Please contact our clinic for more information about our self-pay rates.
Do you prescribe medications?
No. Our providers are not physicians. We are not licensed or qualified to prescribe medications. We do, however, work closely with several area physicians and can help refer you to a physician for a medication evaluation.
Will people know that I came to see you?
No. All sessions are completely confidential. Your privacy is of the utmost importance to our clinic. You will be treated with dignity and respect. Your privacy will be upheld and protected at all times.
